Amanda Carver, Nurse Leader and Regional Director of Health & Wellness at Charter Senior Living
I’m Amanda Carver, a nurse leader and Regional Director of Health & Wellness at Charter Senior Living, where I support clinical teams across Kentucky and Tennessee. I’m known for blending high standards with heart—and for proving that you can be serious about excellence in care and still have LOTS of fun doing it.
My “why” is all about seeing seniors truly thrive in environments designed just for them, while also developing strong, confident leaders who are empowered to lead with purpose. I truly believe the best outcomes happen when compassion, clarity, and courage lead the way.
And just know—if leadership ever needed a mascot or a theme costume, I’m already prepared… and I probably already own it.
