Jason E. Callis, CFM, has over 25 years of experience in corporate facilities management, real estate, and project management with emphasis on facilities operations. Jason has been a member of IFMA since 2002 and earned his Certified Facility Manager designation in 2013. He serves on the IFMA Global Board of Directors and as Vice-Chair for the IFMA Federal Government Affairs Committee.
Jason's career has taken him across many borders around the world managing properties in 26 countries on six continents totaling over 14 million square feet managed for commercial, educational, health care and other property types. These experiences have given Jason the opportunity to develop a broad perspective on culture in the built environment and will help cultivate strategies for new initiatives not only with his local chapter, but also on the IFMA Global Board of Directors and serving as Vice-Chair for the IFMA Federal Government Affairs Committee.
Jason has been a member of IFMA since 2002 and earned his Certified Facility Manager designation in 2013. He has been extremely involved during that time and has served as IFMA Indy President and Vice President while leading nearly every committee during his time including board advisory, membership, and golf. He has a passion for education and has served his local chapter with opportunities to mentor FM’s on their journey of obtaining their certifications in FM as well.
Lastly, Jason spends consistent time giving back to his community by volunteering on numerous non-for-profit boards providing guidance towards their FM goals and objectives. He has degrees in business management and accounting while being a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Christian is a climate tech entrepreneur and sustainable building expert. As CEO of enVerid Systems, a Boston-based start-up, Christian is leading a paradigm shift in how building ventilation systems are designed and operated using hybrid ventilation systems that combine efficient ventilation and air cleaning technologies to achieve better indoor air quality and lower energy use at the same time. Prior to enVerid, Christian ran Enel X’s North American energy services business and EnerNOC’s global demand response business. Christian started his career as a management consultant with Deloitte. Christian is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Harvard Business School.

Annie is Director of Partnerships and Customer Success at Green Seal, a global non-profit organization and leading ecolabel with a mission to transform the economy for a healthier, greener world. She has over 13 years of experience working across sectors managing projects and programs to ensure client success. Annie has been with Green Seal for over 10 years in total in a variety of roles. As Director of Partnerships and Customer Success, she works collaboratively with product manufacturers, service providers, and schools to help recognize their sustainability leadership and grow Green Seal’s impact. She has a M.A. from George Washington University in Organizational Management and a B.A. in economics and environmental studies from The College of William and Mary.

Raphael Carty is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Management and Organizations at NYU Stern School of Business teaching about commercializing disruptive technology and leading innovation with a curriculum that includes leading innovation in sustainability technology, smart buildings and smart cities. Prior to joining the NYU faculty, Carty was co-founder and CEO of Callida Energy, a smart building solution startup that promoted sustainability and energy efficiency in commercial buildings. With 13 years of experience in sustainability, Carty has spoken about smart buildings and green buildings at SXSW, SXSW Eco, Maker Faire, Buildings NY, and other conferences. Raphael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Harvard College.
Previous to Callida, Raphael had 20 years of senior leadership experience commercializing software technology including global VP of Marketing for SaaS disruptor DealerTrack (NASDAQ: TRAK), CMO and VP Product for cybersecurity pioneer CertCo, senior strategic marketing and product management leadership roles at HP, and Director of Marketing for Networking at Silicon Graphics Computer Systems.
Lisa works closely with industry leaders to increase the knowledge, financial incentives and implementation of green building practices. During Lisa’s interactions with the market, she listens and learns; always bringing the market knowledge back to USGBC to support and enhance products and customer service. Lisa is known for both her technical knowledge and ability to support large scale clients and projects. She currently maintains the LEED AP ID+C credential and is proficient in the LEED for New Construction, Commercial Interiors & Existing Buildings rating systems. Over the years she has worked closely with EPA Portfolio Manager ENERGY STAR and the Federal Guiding Principles. Experience includes being a Certified Energy Manager, CEM and Certified Property Manager, CPM with a Real Estate Broker’s License for the State of Colorado. With 14 years under her belt as commercial real estate property manager, four as a sustainability consultant, and ten at USGBC, Lisa understands the market brings a unique perspective to USGBC.

Darryl K. Boyce, P.Eng., Fellow/Life Member ASHRAE, was the ASHRAE President for the 2019-2020 term. Boyce has previously served on the board of directors as treasurer, vice president, Director, and Regional Chair Region 2 and director-at-large. Throughout his time spent with ASHRAE and in the HVAC industry, Boyce has worked on various projects to increase energy efficiency. His most recent projects include the SNOLAB project in Sudbury, Ontario, where he is responsible for the design and construction of a world class research facility for underground science. Boyce is retired and was previously special advisor to the vice-president (Finance and Administration) – and the assistant vice president of facilities management and planning – at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.
Boyce is a 1982 graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and earned his Engineering Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1973.
