Beth Lambert – Founder and Executive Director, Documenting Hope; Author, “A Compromised Generation” and “Brain Under Attack”

Author, educator and former healthcare consultant, Beth Lambert has monitored and documented the escalating rates of childhood chronic conditions for over 15 years. Her first book, A Compromised Generation, provides a thorough analysis of the origins of this modern health crisis and documents how modifications to environmental and lifestyle factors can profoundly influence health outcomes, including full disease reversal. Beth is also the co-author of Brain Under Attack: A Resource for Parents and Caregivers of Children with PANS, PANDAS, and Autoimmune Encephalitis. Beth is the founder and Executive Director of Documenting Hope, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to reestablishing vibrant health in our children. Beth is the mother of three children and is passionate about raising awareness about the connection between daily choices, human health, and planetary health.

Sara Porter – Vice President of External Affairs, Healthy Schools Campaign

Sara Porter has worked with HSC for 15 years. Her current area of focus is serving as director of Healthy Green Schools & Colleges, a program launched in 2022 that helps K12 and higher education institutions identify and implement low- and no-cost measures that improve indoor air quality. Sara led the stakeholder engagement process to design and develop the program which features the first standard for healthy, sustainable school facility management programs. Sara supports school facility directors across the country who are working towards earning their Healthy Green Schools & Colleges certification. Sara also oversees HSC’s school food advocacy work and develops and maintains relationships with HSC’s partners, external stakeholders, corporate sponsors and individual donors across a number of topics and program areas. Sara serves on HSC’s management team and also leads the IT and event teams. Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from DePaul University.

Peter Cantone – CEO of Smart Air Defense

Peter Cantone is the founder and CEO of Smart Air Defense, a company launched in May 2020, dedicated to improving indoor air quality (IAQ) in schools. Joshua Schwartz – President & Co-Founder of Viking Pure Solutions

Joshua Schwartz is the President and a Co-Founder of Viking Pure Solutions, a sustainable cleaning innovation company that is changing the way facilities clean and disinfect with non-toxic, on-demand solutions that are better for people and the environment. With a career spanning diverse industries such as medical real estate, healthcare, finance, and supportive housing, Joshua has made it his mission to identify societal needs and develop innovative solutions that are cost-effective and beneficial to those involved. Prior to Viking Pure, Joshua was the President of an Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center. He began his career in the financial industry, first in investment banking at Citigroup and then at private equity firm Apollo Management. Joshua graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Yale College with a B.A. in Economics with Distinction, and holds a master’s from New York University, where he graduated with Honors.
