Katie Rhone, Senior Vice President of HERO & Employee Experience for KARE

Katie Rhone is the Senior Vice President of HERO & Employee Experience for KARE. In this role, Katie is responsible for the HERO experience and oversees programs and research aimed at understanding and addressing Heroes’ needs so they are considered in every aspect of KARE. In addition, she oversees KARE’s own internal people and organizational strategy for their employees. Prior to joining KARE, Katie served as the Director of Associate Experience with NRC Health, a leader in patient experience improvement. Throughout her career, Katie has utilized her expertise in talent strategy, recruiting, and human resources to help businesses grow and start up in a variety of industries from health care to biotech. Katie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology/Anthropology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, Master’s of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Daniel Lawson, Co-Founder and President of Business Affairs at Viking Pure Solutions

Daniel Lawson spent over a decade in the medical device industry, earning unparalleled insight into the intricacies of our health care environment and some of the biggest needs yet to be addressed. Daniel partnered with Viking Pure’s co-executive team to introduce a disruptive, patent protected, and environmentally-conscious technology to transform cleaning and infection control in commercial facilities across a wide range of industries. He is dedicated to creating a movement to remove TOXIC CHEMICALS from the environment and to challenge the status-quo of what it means to truly clean and disinfect safely, sustainably and effectively.
