From Housekeeping to the C-Suite: Elevating Women and Wellness in Senior Living
Unfortunately, due to the ripple effects of the current government shutdown and widespread travel delays, we’ve made the decision to postpone the event in order to ensure the full panel can participate meaningfully.
This conversation matters deeply—to us and to the communities we serve. We’re committed to shining a light on the women who keep senior living running, and how we as leaders can better support them through innovation, wellness, and opportunity.
A new date is coming soon—please stay tuned, and thank you for your continued interest and support.
While women make up the majority of the senior living workforce, they remain underrepresented in leadership, particularly in technology and innovation. In this dynamic discussion, leaders Severine Petras and Lauren Wilson will spotlight the often-overlooked frontline heroes—housekeepers and operational staff—who are the backbone of community care. The discussion will explore how leaders can create safer, more supportive work environments by investing in wellness-first technologies and tools, like non-toxic cleaning systems from Viking Pure. Stories of women rising from frontline roles to executive leadership will inspire action toward a more inclusive, empowered future in senior living.
