Michael is the Founder and CEO of Willow Ridge Senior Living. With over 15 years of industry experience, Michael has devoted his entire career to serving older adults throughout multiple product lines in the senior living space.

Before founding Willow Ridge Senior Living, Michael worked with some of the nation’s largest senior housing providers, including Emeritus Senior Living, Brookdale Senior Living and most recently, Holiday Retirement. Michael has followed his heart and passion to work with seniors and his dedication to this path in life is evident to his staff, residents, friends and loved ones.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from SUNY Empire State College and sits on the board of directors for an Albany, NY based non-profit organization.  He also serves on the Customer Advisory Board for Eldermark senior living software and is an active member in the Empire State Association of Assisted Living.

Norelle is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience driving brand growth and customer engagement. Previously, Norelle was the co-owner of Marketeering Group, a digital marketing agency, where she led strategic marketing initiatives across various industries for B2B and DTC clients. Now serving as the Director of Marketing at Viking Pure Solutions, Norelle is at the forefront of raising awareness for how electrolyzed water technology is transforming commercial cleaning and infection prevention. Viking Pure’s non-toxic, Green Seal-certified solutions are setting new standards for safety and sustainability. Passionate about innovation and impact, Norelle is dedicated to advancing cleaner, healthier environments for people and the planet.
